Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Insurance Product, Employer Subsidized and New Growth Platforms to join our Insurance Product Development team. This is a remote role with state-eligibility and travel up to 25%.

You will translate corporate strategy into scalable product concepts, lead pilots, and drive execution from brainstorming through launch, while shaping the roadmap and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 6+ years in healthcare, health insurance, product management, or corporate strategy.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Experience with health insurance product development, population health, or member engagement solutions.
• Familiarity with multicultural or underserved population strategies.
• Exposure to condition-based or clinically oriented product models.
• Experience in early-stage product development or experimentation.
