Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead front-office growth strategies for Insurance clients, focusing on sales enablement and operating model design. You will drive thought leadership, manage executive relationships, and guide large-scale transformation programs across advisory, technology, and delivery teams.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong consulting and deal-structures experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Insurance industry experience in sales/operations/strategy.
• 5+ years of strategy consulting with engagement management.
• 2+ years of originating, qualifying, and closing opportunities including developing sales proposals.
• Proven ability to manage executive relationships and deliver client solutions.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, and sales transformation implementations.
• Strong communication and leadership of junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Define and enable front office growth strategies for insurance clients.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs from current state to target state and operating model changes.
• Originate, qualify, and close opportunities for Accenture Insurance clients and drive go-to-market strategies.
• Drive pipeline from idea to contract and oversee delivery with cross-functional teams.
