The Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of all Influencer Marketing strategy and activation for Old Navy. Reporting to the Director, Organic Social & Influencer, you will work closely with the Director to establish and refine Old Navy's influencer strategies and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of campaign and one-off activations. As an internal expert on Influencer Marketing, you will keep abreast of trends and opportunities that can grow the impact of Old Navy's influencer approach. In this role, you will closely track Old Navy's campaigns to identify and address both opportunities and challenges as they arise.
This role can be based in San Francisco or Los Angeles.

Salary Range: $144,200 - $191,100 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
