Job summary

Breeze Airways seeks a Manager Inflight Experience and Reliability to lead the iSOD team in IOCC, ensuring high-quality Flight Attendant support and base operation reliability. The role partners across Flight Ops, Crew Resources, and Legal to drive proactive improvements.

Responsibilities include directing investigations, guiding performance, and maintaining FAA/DOT compliance while aligning with Breeze’s Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence values.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equal equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant Inflight or operational management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing a diverse team.
• Experience with FAA, DOT and knowledge of FARs and how they apply to daily operations.
• Flight Attendant Certification experience or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the iSOD team in the IOCC to ensure consistent, high-quality support for Flight Attendants and base operations.
• Serve as the Inflight operational point of contact for day-of performance and reliability tracking.
• Monitor and analyze reliability data to identify trends and recommend proactive strategies.
• Coordinate with Crew Resources, Flight Ops, and Airport Ops to resolve disruptions and reassignments.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions in collaboration with People Services and Legal Team.
• Provide guidance and development to iSODs, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to values.
• Coordinate cross‑departmentally to improve flight attendant experience, reliability, and communication during irregular operations.
• Track and report performance metrics; suggest improvements for efficiency and team experience.
• Represent Inflight during operational calls and safety-focused discussions; uphold safety and compliance.
