Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-30%).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the vision for industrial controls engineering aligned with manufacturing goals.
Oversee electrical controls and automation project delivery within budget and schedule.
Act as SME in PLC/HMI, electrical architectures, networking, and machine safety.
Lead a team of engineers and foster technical growth and project execution.
Establish controls standards and validation processes across sites.
Collaborate with project teams, plants, suppliers and leadership to align priorities.
Apply Lean principles and HOP to improve processes while prioritizing safety.
Evaluate and implement emerging controls technologies.
