Job summary

Sodexo in Oklahoma City is seeking an HR Operations Assistant who focuses on accurate records, onboarding support, and policy execution. You’ll handle day-to-day tasks, maintain data quality, and work with a small team to keep employee information precise and compliant.

You’ll collaborate across HR functions, assist managers and employees with a service-oriented approach, and contribute to process improvements while learning HR systems and tools in a supportive environment.

Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $23.50 - $30.41
