    As a Senior Manager, Payroll and Timekeeping Systems (Remote), you will be the Product Owner for Wesco's US and Canadian Payroll and Timekeeping platforms. This role is a balance of strategist and hands-on technical expert. This individual will be responsible for the technical administration, security, and enhancement of the payroll and timekeeping systems and processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with the US and Canadian Payroll teams to develop and execute on a backlog of process and system enhancements.
    • Partner with internal and external technical resources to build, test, and release enhancements ensuring effective solutions implemented without disruptions.
    • Manage system procedure documentation. Develop end user training content and reference guides.
    • Support regular audits of payroll controls, processes, data, and operations.
    • Partner with the payroll and reporting teams to provide operational and analytical reporting and dashboards in support of the payroll and timekeeping processes.
    • Provide support to HR team and end users on Payroll and Timekeeping system issues that can’t be resolved by tier 1 support team.
    • Establish and maintain data security and data privacy controls.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required, Computer Science, IT, HR or related preferred.
    • 5+ years experience with payroll and timekeeping systems in the US and Canada.
    • Thorough understanding of payroll and timekeeping processes and systems and how they support the overall payroll process.
    • Expertise in the implementation and operational administration of payroll and timekeeping systems including UKG Payroll and UKG Timekeeping products
    • Strong project management skills, including consultation, analysis and implementation.
    • Ability to develop training materials and present to a varied audience.
    • Ability to develop and clearly articulate system requirements.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Intermediate to expert user of Microsoft Office suite software applications.

    The expected salary range for this role is $115,300 - $158,500. This is the salary range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s compensation level within the range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location, experience, relevant education, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance. This position may be eligible to participate in the company’s incentive plan.
