The Senior Manager, HR Technology at American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) leads delivery, optimization, and operations of the global HR technology ecosystem, supporting 4,000+ employees and 1,500 contractors across 60+ countries.
You will steer Oracle Fusion HCM administration, data governance, integrations, and automation initiatives, partner with HR, IT, and vendors, and develop a roadmap that aligns to business priorities while mentoring a four-person HR tech team.
The Senior Manager, HR Technology is responsible for leading the delivery, optimization, and operational management of the Company's global HR technology ecosystem. Supporting more than 4,000 employees and 1,500 contractors across 60+ countries, this role ensures HR systems, data, integrations, and digital capabilities are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Education & Experience
Reports to the VP, HR Technology & Digital Transformation and currently manages a team of four HR Technology professionals.
Work is primarily sedentary; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
