The Senior Manager, HR Service Delivery Change & Transformation Enablement prepares HR teams, employees, managers, and business stakeholders for strategic initiatives and transformational changes sponsored by the HR Service Delivery organization. This role serves as the primary change management and stakeholder engagement leader across the HR Service Delivery portfolio, supporting initiatives within HR Service Delivery Hubs, Global Payroll, HR Policy & Compliance, and Workday Product Support. The position partners with HR Service Delivery leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully adopted through effective organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, and adoption strategies. The role helps ensure solutions are developed with input from key stakeholders, organizational impacts are identified and addressed, and business, HR, and employee communities are prepared to successfully transition to new ways of working. This role serves as a critical bridge between HR Service Delivery functions and the HR and business organizations they support, helping drive alignment, readiness, adoption, and sustained business outcomes across the HR Service Delivery portfolio.
Role will be in Irving, TX and is 5 days onsite. Sponsorship is NOT available. No relocation.

$159,120.00 - $238,680.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
