Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Technical Operations departments, including Engineering, Automation, Technical Training, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), at our manufacturing sites in Rensselaer, NY. This role will report into the Director, HR Business Partner, Operations.

At Regeneron, an HRBP develops solutions to solve business challenges in order to increase their ability to deliver on our mission: using science to bring new medicines to patients. You will be a strategic advisor to leaders on organizational and people-related issues, building strong links between HR strategy and business strategy. You will partner with other HRBPs, HR specialist teams, and key stakeholders on workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, performance management, change management, organization design, and employee engagement, to promote and maintain Regeneron's high-performance culture, the Regeneron Way.

Many of our departments operate 24x7, so you will build trusted relationships with hourly and salaried employees and leaders across all shifts. You need to be comfortable challenging the status quo, influencing technical leaders, and delivering in a fast-paced, growing environment. Being able to pivot is key. This role acts as a champion and a coach for the business.

When & where:

Location: Troy, New York, United States. Work model: Onsite, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with additional time required to support our 24/7 workforce.
