• Advise managers on workforce planning, succession, talent development, and culture
• Lead complex employee relations cases with Employee Relations and Legal
• Coach managers and employees on leadership expectations and the Regeneron Way
• Partner with EH&S leadership on safety culture and policy application
• Work with Learning & Leadership Development to close skill gaps and strengthen technical career pathways
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, screening, interviews, and decisions
