Senior Manager, Horizontal HRBP Lead
The Tech HR Team is looking for a strategic HR leader who will lead horizontal programs and processes that unlock game-changing business results. This person will lead a team of 4-6 horizontal delivery leads who power core HR processes (All Associate Survey, Talent and Performance Management, Compensation, etc.).
Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibit strong program and project management capabilities, and be able to leverage data to tell a story and influence executives to outcomes. They also will be a skilled and thoughtful people leader with proven success in growing, developing, and coaching associates to their full potential.
This role requires great judgment in solving challenging problems at scale, strong prioritization skills with the ability to seek depth and breadth as needed, and a laser focus on driving efficiency to enhance business processes. They should have a strong understanding of core HR processes and an eye for continuous improvement to reduce friction and increase productivity.
