Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Health System Implementation is responsible for leading our Health System collaborations, includes leading implementation of new contracts, establish governance to support successful partnership, facilitate clinical and operational integration and serve as point of contact for Minute Clinic (MC) Primary Care. The Senior Manager, in collaboration with internal stakeholders will support execution of strategy and care delivery priorities to align with health system partners.

Responsibilities of the Senior Manager include but not limited to:

Lead Health System implementation efforts for MC Primary care, including assessment of network participation criteria, understanding contract requirements, and defining path to execution.

Facilitate and lead large group discussions.

Serve as point of contact for Health System partners and MC Primary Care practice operations, developing and effectively managing relationships with internal and external parties.

Effectively guide cross-functional teams in progressing to defined outcomes.

Support establishing governance structure with each health system partner to facilitate strategic growth and support ongoing operations.

Overseeing training of new hires on the team and development of policies, procedures, and workflows.

Developing and effectively managing relationships with internal and external parties.

Serving as a resource and subject matter expert

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of contract implementation and/or account management experience with health systems, medical groups, or health plans.

Solid contract relationship oversight and implementation skills

Experience and ability to work closely and effectively with contract managers to meet the responsibilities of the contracts.

Solid project planning and management skills and the ability to lead multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve on-time successful results.

Excellent written and verbal skills including formal and effective presentation and ability to impact and influence peers, leaders, and key stakeholders.

Ability to understand data, analyze reporting and make sound recommendations and business decisions.

Critical thinking and problem identification and solving skills along with the ability to manage and execute under pressure with competing priorities.

Strong credibility, positive attitude, and solid relationship management skills in interactions with internal and external customers.

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Analyze and report on metrics, identifying trends and opportunities.

Maintain a professional, collaborative, and positive work environment that promotes high performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a health system

Understanding of value-based arrangements and/or Population Health management

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
