Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management in healthcare/payments
• 5+ years of direct project/vendor management
• Experience with financial/operational metrics and vendor contracts
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
• Self-starter with independent work style
• Strong prioritization and deadline discipline
• Proven problem-solver with analytical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly invoice/payment reconciliation and vendor reimbursement metrics
• Influence stakeholders to align with CVS Health strategy
• Manage multiple complex projects from ideation to implementation
• Coordinate planning, analysis, guidance to ensure business benefits
• Participate in all phases of program management
• Define and document business requirements to meet stakeholder needs
• Proactively manage issues and risks to keep projects on track
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose actions
• Track progress and communicate status to all impacted parties
• Maintain expectations and engagement with frequent status updates
• Develop presentations and consult with business partners on capabilities
