Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Senior Manager of Configuration Management to lead and scale a high-performing CM team across hardware programs. You will own CM strategy, standards, and roadmaps, drive engineering change management, and establish product baselines (EBOM/MBOM/SBOM) in Teamcenter while ensuring compliance and consistency across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of direct product configuration management experience across hardware products.
• 3+ years managing and developing configuration management teams.
• Experience in high-rigor environments (aerospace, defense, automotive, medical devices, or similar) and CM standards (ANSI/EIA-649, MIL-STD-973, CM2).
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools for CM of complex hardware products.
• U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Configuration Management function within the Hardware Platform organization, building and managing a high-performing team.
• Own the strategy, standards, and roadmap for configuration management practices across hardware programs.
• Drive design and continuous improvement of engineering change management processes (ECR/ECN workflows and change control boards).
• Establish and maintain product configuration baselines (EBOM, MBOM, SBOM) in Teamcenter and ensure compliance across programs.
