Job summary

Coach is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Coach (Re)Loved & Repair craftsperson team, driving production, craftsmanship, and circular innovation in the Workshop. The role focuses on scalable output, talent development, and cross-functional partnerships to advance sustainable practices within Coach and Tapestry.

The candidate will leverage people management, operations, and process management expertise to optimize repair workflows, manage multiple workstreams, and achieve KPI targets

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English, able to communicate across a diverse workshop team.
• Strong understanding of product development processes.
• Passion for sustainability, circularity, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee repair, restoration, and remaking of handbags to the highest craftsmanship standards.
• Develop production strategies balancing creativity, efficiency and output for Coach (Re)Loved drops, repairs and projects.
• Oversee end-to-end production planning and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Set and track production goals and KPIs including output, quality, lead time, and cost.
• Implement tools and systems to improve production visibility, planning accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and team productivity.
• Maintain a safe work environment adhering to safety regulations.
