As the Sr. Manager of Growth and Content Strategy for Dotdash Meredith, you will be a key member of our Growth Team reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth and Content Strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth programs for our premium Finance brand, Investopedia.com.
Hybrid 3x a week - (New York)
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid, with in-office work required three times a week in New York, and remote work allowed up to two days per week.

The Growth Team at Dotdash Meredith is composed of SEO strategists, analysts, and content experts focused on expanding our audience across premium brands. We work closely with editorial, product, and revenue teams to implement strategies that grow reach and engagement, leveraging data-driven insights to innovate in digital publishing.
About Your Contributions:
Drive editorial strategy focusing on news and trending content aligned with Investopedia's audience and goals.
Identify search trends and timely topics to support newsroom and Google Discover initiatives.
Monitor search demand, competitors, and finance trends to find growth opportunities.
Analyze revenue data to guide content decisions balancing editorial integrity and business outcomes.
Design and implement SEO tests to optimize editorial strategies.
Lead SEO strategy, empowering editorial teams in topic selection, content formatting, and user-first improvements backed by data.
Establish best practices for finance content across Investopedia's brands.
Collaborate with editorial, product, revenue, and testing teams to align content strategies and performance goals.
The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
About you:
3-5 years of SEO experience, preferably in-house at a financial publisher or at an enterprise digital agency.
Proven ability to deliver and communicate business results from SEO investments.
Experience analyzing large data sets from web analytics, site crawls (e.g., Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl), and SEO databases.
Exceptional Excel skills.
Strong web development knowledge to write technical SEO requirements.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, GSC, Looker, and others.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience scaling editorial operations in a high-growth environment.

Pay Range
Salary in New York: $105,000 - $125,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and performance. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, bonuses, 401K, paid holidays, parental leave, and more.
