EY is seeking a Senior Manager‑Audit in New Jersey to lead government and infrastructure assurance engagements. You will serve as the primary client contact, guide field work, and oversee audit teams, delivering high-quality services with a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will develop stronger client relationships, manage projects and teams, and contribute to service delivery improvements while leveraging EY’s diverse resources and global reach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; approx. 8 years related work experience; or graduate degree with ~7 years related work experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• U.S. CPA license.
• Approximately 4 years of audit experience with a public accounting firm.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients and manage relationships and projects.
• Direct field work and inform supervisors of audit engagement status; manage assurance staff performance.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply to client situations.
• Develop people by delegating audit tasks and providing guidance to assurance staff.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct performance reviews for assurance staff.
• Contribute ideas to assurance teams and respond to views of team members.
• Foster an efficient, innovative, team-oriented work environment.
• Use technology to learn and share knowledge with assurance team members.
• Develop understanding of EY service lines and encourage contribution.
