Dataminr is searching for an expert collaborator, owner and builder to join our Partnerships team as we continue to scale! Technology Alliances are key to our corporate growth and partner strategy, and we’re looking for you to accelerate our go-to-market motion with select, strategic Technology Partners. You will span across our internal teams, external customers, and, of course, our partners to drive the pipeline.

This a remote position open to candidates across the US and requiring approximately 25% travel.

The opportunity

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy and business plan for Dataminr's Strategic Technology Alliances, aligning with our corporate goals and objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key Partner stakeholders, ensuring a high level of engagement, collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Work closely with our sales organization to identify opportunities, develop joint solutions, and drive revenue growth through Technology Alliance partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, joint marketing programs, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the Technology Alliances, using key metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Manage revenue targets and work across our go-to-market organization to achieve/exceed goals.
  • Help shape the joint value proposition and stay current on customer needs to inform strategic go-to-market and joint solution decisions and enhance the value of Technology Alliances.
  • Represent Dataminr at industry events, conferences and joint customer meetings to promote our partnerships and build brand awareness.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience with 5-8 years in partner sales, partnerships, business development or equivalent and experience driving and managing technology partnerships for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with activating technology partnerships in global markets based on integrated solutions and meet-in-the-channel go-to-market concepts.
  • Experience developing tools, processes and messaging, and enabling frontline sales teams to deliver significant revenue results.
  • Self-starter and builder with a proven record of successful outcomes operating in a fast-paced environment, owning and leading projects, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work across the organization, from executive leadership to individual contributors driving rapid alignment on cross-functional projects and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

The annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are $170,512 - $249,887, which consists of the annual base salary and annual commission target for the role. You will also be eligible to receive Company equity. Actual OTE will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
