Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain global physical security, executive protection, GSOC, and travel security strategies and programs.
  • Manage day‑to‑day GSOC operations and ensure effective 24/7 monitoring, escalation, and incident handling.

  • Oversee crisis management and incident response efforts, including activation of incident command, coordination with stakeholders, and post‑incident reporting.
  • Manage and evaluate vendor‑delivered security operations, setting performance metrics and ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop security team leaders and staff, ensuring clear roles, training, and readiness.
  • Produce executive‑level investigative and incident reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for leadership.
Additional Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate security‑related training and awareness initiatives for employees and leadership.
  • Support cross‑functional projects involving office openings, relocations, or major events with security input and planning.
  • Conduct periodic security risk assessments of facilities, travel itineraries, and business activities.
  • Apply AI‑driven and data analysis tools to draft communications, synthesize incident and operational data, generate investigative findings and executive recommendations — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and appropriate review.
  • Maintain and refine security policies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in tabletop exercises and preparedness drills with internal and external partners.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for security‑related vendor selection and procurement processes.
