  4. Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with global fundraising leads, supporting operational needs and process improvement.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to align activities and resolve issues.
    • Facilitate information flow between central and market teams, promoting transparency and accountability.
  5. Vendor & Contract Management
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting fundraising efforts.
    • Oversee procurement and contracting, ensuring compliance and value.
    • Monitor vendor performance and seek continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), data tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and project management platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience with shared service models in nonprofit fundraising.
  • Background in federated nonprofits or INGOs is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills and cross-cultural fluency.
Key Competencies:
  • Strategic Operations & Problem Solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
