General Description:
The Senior Manager, Global Partnership Services plays a pivotal role in enhancing the cohesion, efficiency, and effectiveness of fundraising operations across Operation Smile’s global development network. Based within the central Global Partnerships Services team, this role provides shared services and operational support to help fundraising teams maximize revenue, foster collaboration, and align efforts with organizational priorities.
Operating at the intersection of fundraising strategy and operational execution, the Senior Manager collaborates cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Global Operations, and Global Programs, as well as partner country teams, marketing, business development, and external vendors. This position is ideal for a highly organized, analytical professional with experience in fundraising operations, project management, and stakeholder engagement across cultures.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the structure, tools, and services of the Global Partnership Services model, building foundational systems and processes to support global fundraising excellence.
Essential Functions:
- Cross-Market Coordination & Shared Services Delivery
- Serve as a key contact for global fundraising teams to access centrally managed services (e.g., prospect research, proposal writing, marketing resources, performance reports).
- Streamline service intake and fulfillment processes, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and alignment with fundraising priorities.
- Distribute shared tools, templates, and best practices to enhance performance and reduce duplication.
- Project Management
- Lead and coordinate multi-market fundraising projects, including global campaigns, data initiatives, reporting system rollouts, and cross-team pilots.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables using platforms like Asana or Monday.com.
- Act as a liaison between fundraising markets and internal teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, Business Development).
- Data Management, Reporting & Insights
- Consolidate global fundraising data to produce dashboards, reports, and insights for internal and leadership use.
- Collaborate with Finance and Market Leads to ensure accurate reporting and financial data submission.
- Use data to support forecasting, strategic planning, and initiative evaluation.
- Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with global fundraising leads, supporting operational needs and process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align activities and resolve issues.
- Facilitate information flow between central and market teams, promoting transparency and accountability.
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting fundraising efforts.
- Oversee procurement and contracting, ensuring compliance and value.
- Monitor vendor performance and seek continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years in fundraising operations, development services, project management, or nonprofit operations, preferably in a global or federated setting.
- Knowledge of international fundraising practices and donor expectations across various channels.
- Experience analyzing fundraising or financial data for insights.
- Strong project management skills across time zones and departments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), data tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and project management platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
- Experience with shared service models in nonprofit fundraising.
- Background in federated nonprofits or INGOs is a plus.
- Multilingual skills and cross-cultural fluency.

Compensation:
The expected salary range is $76,800 to $105,000, depending on experience and location.
