Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Development to establish and scale a 24/7 Network Operations Center supporting the Leo satellite service. Lead a distributed team across the US and UK to monitor health and resolve incidents with automated solutions.

You will drive architectural design, operational excellence, and collaboration with Mission Operations, CSAs, and BCX, while traveling between Redmond and London locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering or technical operations.
• 7+ years network management in large-scale environments.
• 5+ years engineering management experience, including managing managers.
• Experience with network troubleshooting tools and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coalesce vision for the NOC and lead the team to build robust, scalable monitoring and incident response.
• Develop, deploy, and operate monitoring systems for Leo's satellite network service.
• Oversee continuous monitoring and rapid incident triage and resolution.
• Drive automation opportunities and runbook development with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Mission Operations, CSAs, and BCX; communicate with executives.
