Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Global Security Senior Manager in Executive Protection to lead a high‑level protective operations team.

You will manage day‑to‑day security for designated individuals and assets, coordinate with executives and cross‑functional partners, and travel globally on short notice. The role requires 15+ years in executive protection or related fields, with at least 5 years in corporate EP leadership, and deep knowledge of protective concepts and security systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in executive protection, law enforcement, or military special operations.
• At least 5 years in corporate EP leadership.
• Experience in protective concepts: protective intelligence, secure transportation, contingency planning, counter surveillance.
• Experience with international and domestic travel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with physical security systems (intrusion, CCTV).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day executive security operations for a team primarily located in CA.
• Mentor and grow an established team of Executive Protection professionals.
• Communicate effectively with and influence all levels of leadership.
• Build relationships with senior executives and their support teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and service providers.
• Oversee executive protection, secure transportation, safety planning, risk assessments and special events.
• Prioritize security strategies to identify and mitigate risk.
• Plan and execute discrete executive protection services.
• Analyze information quickly and disseminate it timely.
• Remain calm under pressure and adapt to ambiguous environments.
• Travel frequently, often on short notice, globally.
• Conduct advance operations and audit security plans.
• Available on-call for emergencies; adapt to changing schedules.
• Handle highly confidential information.
• Perform other duties as required.
