Qualifications

• 8+ years of communications, journalism, corporate communications, or related agency experience.
• Proven track record defining and executing communications strategy across regions.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support senior leaders on audience-specific communications strategy and channels.
• Develop and implement governance, cadence, and measurement for communications programs.
• Drive two-way dialogue to amplify key messages and strengthen Avantor’s brand.
• Plan, manage, and communicate change and commercial initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Measure and report on program effectiveness to enable continuous improvement.
