About the Role:

As our Senior Manager, Global Chemical Compliance, you'll lead a high-performing global team of regulatory experts to navigate the evolving landscape of chemical compliance and safety. This is more than a leadership role—it's an opportunity to shape regulatory strategy, influence global standards, and support innovation across industries.
You’ll own the U.S. and Canadian regulatory content pipeline—interpreting laws, translating them into structured data models, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases across 3E’s SaaS platforms. With strong technical acumen in Excel, data/AI tools, and regulatory databases, you'll also serve as a key customer-facing voice—leading workshops, managing escalations, and delivering executive-level briefings. Your proven change leadership will guide teams through reorganizations, process redesigns, and digital transformation initiatives—positioning 3E at the forefront of regulatory excellence.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate’s skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.
In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
