About the Role:

As our Senior Manager, Global Chemical Compliance, you'll lead a high-performing global team of regulatory experts to navigate the evolving landscape of chemical compliance and safety. This is more than a leadership role—it's an opportunity to shape regulatory strategy, influence global standards, and support innovation across industries.

You’ll own the U.S. and Canadian regulatory content pipeline—interpreting laws, translating them into structured data models, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases across 3E’s SaaS platforms. With strong technical acumen in Excel, data/AI tools, and regulatory databases, you'll also serve as a key customer-facing voice—leading workshops, managing escalations, and delivering executive-level briefings. Your proven change leadership will guide teams through reorganizations, process redesigns, and digital transformation initiatives—positioning 3E at the forefront of regulatory excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a global team of regulatory experts—setting ambitious goals, mentoring with empathy, and fostering engagement across diverse cultures. Champion change initiatives tied to organizational transformation, guiding your team through ambiguity with clarity and purpose.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging AI and data-management tools to streamline workflows and enhance regulatory coverage. Apply strategic and analytical thinking to solve complex challenges, communicate with influence across all levels, and operate with emotional intelligence in a global matrixed environment. Demonstrate excellence in project management, balancing priorities and deadlines with agility, and continuously seek smarter, scalable ways to deliver impact.
• Own Americas regulatory content: Interpret U.S. and Canadian chemical regulations, translate them into structured business requirements, to allow accurate, timely releases across 3E’s SaaS platforms.
• Drive compliance innovation: Ensure accuracy and regulatory integrity for integration across 3E platforms
• Deliver insights and expertise: Provide subject matter support, conduct expert reviews, and engage stakeholders with regulatory updates and training.
• Shape the conversation: Lead webinars, executive briefings, and customer workshops—translating complex regulatory concepts into actionable business guidance.
• Collaborate across functions: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide integrated, actionable regulatory solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Environmental Law (Master’s or J.D. preferred).
• 7+ years in product stewardship, regulatory compliance, or chemical safety.
• Proven expertise in U.S. and Canadian regulations; familiarity with global chemical regulations is a strong plus.
• Proven ownership of regulatory-content pipelines or databases; high proficiency with Excel, data/AI tools, and SaaS platforms.
• Experienced in handling escalations, and leading client workshops and executive-level presentations on regulatory topics.
• Track record of guiding teams through reorganizations, process redesigns, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance.
• Analytical and proactive, with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement.

Pay Transparency

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate’s skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.

In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
