Senior Manager, FP&A - Scheduler/Planner (Remote)

This position is responsible for development, integration, analysis, documentation, and presentation of program plans and schedules for the Avionics Commercial Schedule team. Requires advanced experience with Microsoft Project, planning, schedule/cost integration processes, and earned value techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up schedule and establish Performance Measurement Baseline
2. Update and maintain schedule, monitor critical path, network logic, and schedule forecasting
3. Perform schedule analysis to identify trends and issues, analyze the Critical Path
4. Prepare and present schedule reports and briefings to management
5. Lead development of new tools and be an expert in scheduling tools
6. Ensure schedule and cost integration, evaluate RFPs, contracts, and provide feedback
7. Train, mentor, and supervise other Scheduling Analysts
8. Lead updates and develop department policies and procedures
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and understand contractual obligations
10. Lead development of the Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS)
11. Travel up to 5%

Minimum Qualifications:

• Typically requires a University Degree with 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• At least 6 years of experience with Microsoft Project and schedule/network logic
• Experience in scheduling process analysis and corrective actions
• Ability to travel up to 5%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Concepts
• Experience presenting to leadership and large groups
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Cobra
