Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Financial Systems (DevOps). This person must live in one of the following areas: Kansas City, MO; Charlotte, NC; Denver, CO; Richmond, VA; Waynesboro, VA; Charleston, WV, Columbia, SC; and Charlottesville, VA.

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager, Financial Systems is responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing support of technology solutions across ERP and Billing functions. This role oversees team resources and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include vendor management and due diligence, program and project management, requirements gathering, solution architecture, and software configuration and development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 7 years in a technical role or managing a technical team.
  • Must have prior leadership/management experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C#, X++, Java, or other compiled code.
  • Familiarity with full-stack scripting (JavaScript, Bash Script, Python, etc.).
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or other related degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years leading and managing enterprise application delivery and support organizations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of program/project management experience. PMP certification is a plus.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong general technical skills and experience in architecture and development.
  • Strong vendor management and partner relationship experience.
  • Prior experience leading digital transformations and designing modern technology solutions.
