MP Materials is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Senior Manager, Financial Systems to lead the strategic development, optimization, and administration of our financial systems landscape, including, but not limited to, SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, and BlackLine. This role is critical to scaling our financial operations as we expand manufacturing capabilities and global operations. Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Transformation & Systems, the Senior Manager will serve as the bridge between Finance and IT—owning key systems, managing financial data flows, and driving process automation across accounting, reporting, planning, and analytics functions. The ideal candidate will combine deep financial acumen, system implementation experience, and a passion for solving problems with scalable, technology‑driven solutions.
