Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for downstream operations.
Manage the consolidation and reporting of downstream business results, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate reporting deliverables and timelines for close processes.
Partner with accounting teams to ensure appropriate accounting treatment for downstream transactions.
Review financial statement fluctuations and perform variance analysis for management insights.
Support external reporting including SEC filings and SOX compliance.
