Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree at minimum.
• 7+ years of experience in deals or financial due diligence.
• Active CPA, CFA, Chartered Accountant or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence projects for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on maximizing value in complex transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project strategies.
• Develop and implement financial models to support transaction decisions.
