If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

Crusoe is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance - Supply Chain to serve as a strategic finance partner to our Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams. • Partner with Procurement and Operations leaders to evaluate supplier contracts, capital equipment purchases, and total cost of ownership for critical hardware and infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain financial models to track unit economics, landed cost, and inventory metrics across the supply chain.
  • Analyze variances between actual and forecasted spend, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities in supply chain spend.
  • Lead cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to quantify impact and track savings.
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for supply chain capacity, capital expenditures, and vendor negotiations.
  • Create a lifecycle management program with the business, thinking through circular centers and warranty programs
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate capitalization, accrual, and cost allocation of supply chain-related expenditures.
  • Improve and automate financial reporting processes and tools to increase efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
  • Mentor and develop junior finance team members supporting the supply chain function.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant exposure to supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into clear financial insights and executive-ready narratives.
  • Experience partnering with procurement and operations teams on supplier contracts, capital planning, and cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
