Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. As a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager on the Core FP&A team, you'll provide CFO-level financial partnership to critical support functions across Coinbase, including People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a combination of these roles (investment banking experience counts), with a significant portion spent in leadership roles at high-growth technology companies.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing finance professionals.
• Demonstrated success as a strategic partner to C-level executives, with specific examples of influencing company-level strategy, resource allocation, or investment decisions.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and present complex financial models that drive executive decision-making across multiple functional areas.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Pay Transparency Notice:Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).

Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):

$201,365 — $236,900 USD
