The role partners with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen data governance and drive cross-functional improvements.

Based in the U.S., opportunities span multiple sites as the company advances its data program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, management, stewardship, and operations of finance master data processes and platforms across SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Establish and maintain finance master data governance policies, standards, controls, ownership models, and approval workflows.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of finance master data including creation, changes, retirement, archival, and validations.
• Drive standardization and integration of finance master data across global units and systems.
• Define and monitor data quality rules, scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs; lead remediation efforts.
• Ensure controls are embedded into business processes and compliant with SOX and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Shared Services, ERP, EPM, reporting, and business stakeholders for SAP S/4HANA transformations and new integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement through process simplification and automation.
