Purpose : Johnson & Johnson's Corporate Financial Information Systems team, which is responsible for sourcing and reporting enterprise financial data, is seeking to support enterprise-wide Financial Consolidation & Reporting applications. We are looking for a strategic, driven leader to help guide the implementation of a global financial consolidation system. The candidate will bring strong expertise across finance, accounting, and technology, with the ability to optimize global consolidation processes, improve reporting efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and support successful organizational change.
In this role, the Manager will help translate corporate data requirements, financial policies and procedures, and user community needs into the master data and information required for external and internal reporting. The position will partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Tax, and Audit to deliver a reliable, scalable solution that meets the enterprise needs.
A Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance / or Information Systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
