Job summary

Thunderbird Technologies Corporation is seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee the company’s accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and finance operations. You will ensure tight monthly closes and accurate financial reporting while guiding policy and control improvements.

You will manage and mentor a growing finance team, set priorities, and partner with non-finance leaders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Competitive base salary with annual bonus and equity is offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including accounting or controllership.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition.
• Experience with subscription revenue models and international tax.
• Proven people management and cross-functional advisory skills.
