STAR CITY in Roanoke, VA seeks a Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance to join a high‑visibility leadership path. You will work directly with the CFO on financial reporting, audits, and internal controls, with a focus on developing your path toward executive financial leadership.

CPA (or actively pursuing) is preferred. Strong GAAP and regulatory knowledge, plus leadership experience, are essential to drive corporate reporting and cross-functional collaboration in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting chops: GAAP, audits, internal controls.
• SEC/SOX experience is a plus; foundation and ambition encouraged.
