The Senior Manager Field Training will be responsible for coordinating new hire training, ongoing training initiatives, and the development of training strategies and resources for current and future product indications. This role partners with internal stakeholders and field team leaders to design, develop, and deliver effective training for our field teams. The Senior Manager will manage overall training content, contribute to regional and national meetings, and play a critical role in supporting both existing and future product launches.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire training support during onboarding, home study, and application training

  • Manage training content requirements for new hires, regional, and national meetings for all field-based roles

  • Design, develop, and implement sustained learning programs to increase skills, knowledge, and performance of field teams

  • Build training content for future product indications

  • Identify learning/training gaps and implement solutions to address needs

  • Collaborate proactively with marketing and other internal stakeholders to ensure field training aligns with brand messaging

  • Manage the MRC (medical, regulatory, and legal) process for new and existing training materials

  • Lead the identification, selection, and day-to-day management of vendors, including SOW and PO generation and vendor management

  • Contribute to both regional and national meetings throughout the year

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Commercial Training experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and focus on information accuracy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional groups

  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task

  • Proven ability to problem-solve and build consensus

  • Experience with Veeva Vault preferred

  • Ability to manage projects with external vendors

  • Pharmaceutical launch experience preferred
