Job summary

Genentech in Holly Springs, NC is hiring a Senior Manager, Facilities to lead the site’s facility management, soft services, and external providers. You will bridge site leadership with strategic vendors to ensure zero downtime and GMP-aligned operations across the manufacturing campus.

You will own governance programs, drive continuous improvement, and work with Manufacturing, Quality, and SHE teams to maintain inspection readiness and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive bio-pharma manufacturing experience with hands-on cGMP facilities.
• Proven leadership of facility and engineering operations.
• Experience managing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts.
• Regulatory compliance and vendor performance oversight for support functions (cleaning, maintenance, pest control).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic oversight of facility management soft services and external providers.
• Own governance, KPI reviews, and vendor onboarding while ensuring quality and safety.
• Drive zero‑disruption operations with BCM capabilities and escalation pathways.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, SHE, and global teams to standardize processes.
