Overview

Senior Manager Equity Compensation at S&P Global is a remote role based in Carnegie, PA, United States. This position requires a Bachelor Degree. The role is within the Finance field.

Responsibilities
  • Administer the Company's long-term incentive programs globally to ensure that awards and transactions are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain employee records in the vendor system, including grants, cancellations, tax information and global mobility.
  • Maintain operational controls and data integrity within recordkeeping systems and gather information for regular audits, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions related to the Company's long-term incentive programs; communicate professionally with equity plan participants, with a passion for teaching others and making the various complicated aspects of the S&P Equity Plan easy to understand.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, HR and Global Payroll teams to ensure compliance with securities and tax laws, regulations and disclosure requirements, and global payroll reporting.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and relationships with the transfer agent, stock plan administrator and global tax advisor to ensure compliance in a global environment.
  • Facilitate employee education sessions and maintain resource materials on the Company's and vendor sites.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in equity administration at a global public company.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with WorkDay and vendor stock plan systems, preferably Etrade's Equity Edge Online.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to adhere to deadlines, manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • High level of integrity and ability to keep information confidential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS or BA Degree.
  • Certified Equity Compensation (CEP) not required but considered an advantage.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only)

Salary: Anticipated base salary range is $88,400 to $173,450. Final base salary will be based on geographic location and experience/qualifications.
