  • Experience managing multi-site operations and competing project priorities.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and operational execution.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead equipment mobilization and deployment activities across multiple project sites.
  • Coordinate heavy-haul transportation, staging, site readiness, and equipment allocation.
  • Develop and manage deployment schedules and equipment movement plans.
  • Partner with field operations, engineering, procurement, inventory, and project teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Oversee equipment readiness, inventory tracking, mobilization checklists, and deployment reporting.
  • Coordinate vendors, carriers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, equipment utilization, and deployment execution.
  • Build and lead teams supporting fleet, equipment, and field operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the deployment, mobilization, transportation, and readiness of heavy equipment across multiple active project sites. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment, materials, and resources are delivered, staged, tracked, and operationally ready to support project execution. This position is heavily focused on equipment mobilization, deployment strategy, fleet allocation, field operations, transportation planning, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
