3 years of people-management or demonstrated team-lead experience leading network or infrastructure teams, with responsibility for hiring, performance management, and budget.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers and infrastructure operations personnel.
Manage the architecture and operation of campus LAN and enterprise WAN, including satellite sites and data centers.
Direct incident response as senior technical authority; troubleshoot across LAN, WAN, voice, and security layers to restore service.
Manage enterprise firewall infrastructure, VPN, NAC, wireless platforms, and segmentation architectures.
Oversee CUCM voice/telephony environment and telecom relationships; manage data centers and capacity planning.
Plan and deliver network and structured-cabling infrastructure for multiple projects within schedule and budget.
Ensure compliance with CMMC and NIST 800-171, partner with Security on segmentation and access control.
