Corporate Travel Management is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Meetings to own and optimize Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) programs across CTM Meetings & Events.

You will lead end-to-end client implementations, design policy and workflow, configure technology, and guide adoption while ensuring governance and risk controls. • 10+ years in travel management operations with 5+ years in senior operational leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and global projects.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SMM client implementations and optimize programs.
• Lead governance and reporting, including KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Sourcing, Planning, Registration, Technology, and Finance.
• Develop and maintain a structured implementation playbook and templates.
