Job summary

Oracle Corporation in Nashville seeks a Senior Manager of Systems Software Engineering to drive enterprise device-management strategy and execution across the organization. You will own the technical roadmap, policy design, and cross-functional delivery for device lifecycle, security, and provisioning.

Lead a team of engineers, shape policies for devices and printers, and partner with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems software/endpoint engineering.
• 3+ years of people-management or technical-leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, Kandji.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of systems software engineers responsible for enterprise endpoint and device-management platforms.
• Define scalable device policies across laptops, mobiles, peripherals, and shared equipment.
• Own the device certification process for new hardware, OS, apps, and accessories; set testing standards and release readiness.
• Design automated approval workflows for device requests, exceptions, software access, procurement, and lifecycle changes.
• Partner with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, Procurement to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluations, contracts, integrations, and service performance.
