Riot Games in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Manager for Enterprise Engineering & Process Excellence to lead two horizontal capabilities: Enterprise Software Engineering and Business Process Excellence. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, set strategy for integration and automation, and drive AI-enabled improvements across Enterprise Systems.

You will partner with People Tech, Finance Tech, Enterprise Data & AI, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in cycle time,

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience managing software engineers, business systems analysts, or multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or portfolios involving business, engineering, data, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including code review, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security, reliability, and production operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical and process concepts to business, technical, and executive audiences.
• 12+ years of progressive experience across software engineering, enterprise platforms, process excellence, or technology-enabled transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and technical direction for enterprise software engineering, integration, and automation.
• Build and operate reliable applications, APIs, integrations, and automations for critical enterprise capabilities.
• Establish engineering practices across architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability, security, reliability, and production support.
• Develop the Integration & Automation Center of Excellence with reusable patterns and governance.
• Build a modern process excellence practice using process mining, telemetry, and AI-enabled tools.
