Lenze Americas Corporation in Uxbridge, MA seeks an Electromechanical Manufacturing Operator for onsite shift. You will read mechanical drawings, perform assembly of motors, gearboxes, brakes and sub-assemblies, and ensure quality through basic inspections.
The role involves lifting, oil handling and using torque tools. You will operate presses, verify dimensions, and support logistics as needed while maintaining 5S and PPE standards.

The Electromechanical Manufacturing Operator assembles, inspects, tests, and documents complex electromechanical products (gearboxes, motors, brakes, feedback systems, and integrated drive solutions). You’ll read mechanical drawings and work instructions, use presses and precision measuring tools, and safely handle heavier components and lubricants to meet safety, quality, and production standards.
You’re a hands‑on builder who takes pride in doing things the right way—safely, accurately, and consistently. You enjoy working with mechanical assemblies, following drawings and work instructions, and using tools and measurements to make sure every unit meets quality standards.
