Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a manager to guide a team to develop systems and algorithms extracting intelligence from petascale consumer fleets. You will lead elite engineering and data teams across Europe and the United States, architect NVIDIA’s in-car data curation, and drive AI training, simulation, and continuous AV performance improvements.

Hands-on with VLMs/LLMs and multimodal AI in perception tasks, plus prior AV ecosystem experience, will help you advance safety and performance while delivering

Qualifications

  • 10+ overall years of industry experience including 4+ years in technical leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading data-focused teams in AV or robotics domain.
  • Hands-on experience with VLMs, LLMs, or multimodal AI systems applied to perception, data triage, or automated labeling will be effective.
  • Prior experience in the autonomous vehicle ecosystem — perception, mapping, robotics, ADAS/AD, or AV data workflows.
  • Strong communication, careful planning, and technical leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, encourage, and develop elite engineering and data teams distributed across Europe and the United States.
  • Architect and operationalize NVIDIA’s in-car curation strategy, powering AI training, simulation, and continuous AV performance improvements.
  • Invent and deploy brand new algorithms that mine, classify, and surface the most valuable driving scenarios from customer cars.
  • Champion data quality and metadata standards that accelerate development and improve safety and performance.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
