Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a senior data/leadership professional to guide global data teams and shape NVIDIA’s in-car data curation strategy for AI training and autonomous driving initiatives. The role builds scalable architectures, drives data quality, and delivers robust perception pipelines.

You will lead teams across Europe and the United States, craft algorithms for mining and surfacing driving scenarios, and partner with research, engineering, and product leadership to align on

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience with 4+ years in technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success leading data-focused teams in AV or robotics.
• Hands-on experience with VLMs, LLMs, or multimodal AI systems applied to perception, data triage, or automated labeling.
• Prior experience in the autonomous vehicle ecosystem - perception, mapping, robotics, ADAS/AD, or AV data workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We Need to See:

• 10+ overall years of industry experience including 4+ years in technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success leading data-focused teams in AV or robotics domain.
• Hands-on experience with VLMs, LLMs, or multimodal AI systems applied to perception, data triage, or automated labeling will be effective.
• Prior experience in the autonomous vehicle ecosystem - perception, mapping, robotics, ADAS/AD, or AV data workflows.
• Strong communication, careful planning, and technical leadership capabilities.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
