Job summary

Applecart, a leading technology company, is hiring a Senior Manager, Employee Experience in our NYC office. You will own end-to-end employee experience programs, from large off-sites to daily touchpoints that feel thoughtful and timely.

You will shape how teams connect, collaborate, and build community, ensuring programs land well and align with our people strategy. This hybrid role requires 6+ years in relevant roles and a proactive, detailed approach to execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in event program management, employee experience, or a related operations role.
• Proactive, 'no task too small' mindset.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, scaleup, or similar environment.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail; superior organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of in-office events and experiences, including recurring programs and culture moments.
• Organize monthly off-site experiences, such as attending sporting events and Broadway shows.
• Partner with department leads on planning team events, sourcing, budgets, and agenda logistics.
• Track spend in real time against event budgets with Finance.
• Manage logistics, communications, and scheduling for company-wide initiatives.
• Own recognition and swag fulfillment end-to-end.
• Gather post-event feedback through surveys and check-ins to iterate programs.
• Develop narratives and recommendations to move leaders from data to action.
• Build and refine processes to scale with the company.
