Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in employee experience or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide culture and employee experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the employee experience strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead internal communications and ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Advance inclusion, belonging, and culture across the organization.
• Design community engagement strategies and strengthen employer brand.
• Provide strategic leadership for talent acquisition as an employee experience function.
• Model The Winnebago Way behaviors and embed leadership principles.
