Galderma in the United States is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own the direct-to-consumer storefront, drive CRO, subscriptions, and revenue growth, reporting to the Senior Director of Ecommerce and Growth Marketing. You will partner with agency teams and internal stakeholders to maintain brand standards and hit ambitious targets.
You will lead site merchandising, promotions, loyalty integration, SEO, inventory forecasting, and analytics to optimize UI/UX and performance.

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and strategic growth of the brand’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) storefront. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Ecommerce and Growth Marketing, this role will serve as the primary owner of the website experience, driving revenue through conversion rate optimisation (CRO), subscription growth, and seamless promotional execution. You will collaborate closely with agency partners and internal teams to ensure the online experience reflects our brand standards while hitting aggressive growth targets.
This role requires the ability to perform standard office activities, including extended periods of computer use, participation in virtual and in-person meetings, and collaboration across teams. The target base salary range for this role is $140,000-$175,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls within the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and the totality of relevant factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive programme, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
